Participation in our workshops and events is voluntary. We ask that all guests follow the guidance provided by our instructor and treat fellow participants, materials, and the venue with care and respect.
2. Health & Safety
Our workshops may involve the use of art materials, decorating supplies, and basic tools.
If you have any allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or accessibility needs that may affect your participation, please let us know before your workshop so we can do our best to accommodate you where possible.
3. Personal Responsibility
We encourage everyone to use workshop materials responsibly and participate at a pace that feels comfortable.
Artful Moments cannot be responsible for accidental damage to clothing or personal belongings during normal participation, so we recommend wearing clothing you don't mind getting a little messy.
4. Photography
We may occasionally take photos or videos during workshops to share on our website and social media.
If you'd prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, simply let one of our team members know before the workshop begins—we're happy to respect your preference.
5. Children & Minors
Participants under the recommended age for a workshop should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or have a parent or guardian complete the booking and accept this waiver on their behalf.
6. Acceptance
By booking, attending, or participating in an Artful Moments workshop or private event, you confirm that you have read and understood this Workshop Waiver and agree to its terms.
