All bookings are final and non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend at no additional charge. Depending on availability, we may also be able to move your booking to another session with advance notice. If we ever need to cancel a workshop, you'll receive the option to transfer to another date or receive a full refund.

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. Our experienced instructors guide you step by step, so you can relax, enjoy the experience, and leave with something you're proud of.

Absolutely! Many of our guests attend on their own. Our workshops are welcoming, social, and beginner-friendly, making them a great way to meet new people while enjoying a creative experience.

Age recommendations vary depending on the workshop. Please check the individual event details for the recommended age. Younger participants may need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Yes. Most of our venues offer free or nearby parking. Parking details and the venue address will be included in your confirmation email before your workshop.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little messy. While we do our best to keep things tidy, some workshops involve paint, buttercream, or other creative materials.

If your workshop involves food, please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions before your session. We'll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Yes! If you can't attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else at no extra cost. Simply email us with the new guest's name before the workshop begins so we can update your booking.

Yes! We host birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate events, team-building sessions, family gatherings, seniors' groups, schools, camps, and other private celebrations. We can host at your venue or help arrange one of ours, depending on availability.

All materials are included unless otherwise stated. Depending on the workshop, this may include canvases, paints, brushes, decorating supplies, aprons, packaging, and step-by-step instruction. Just bring yourself—we'll take care of the rest.

Most workshops run between 90 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the experience. The duration is listed on each workshop page.

We host public workshops across the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, and surrounding communities. Private events can be hosted at your venue or, depending on availability, at one of our partner spaces.
