1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Artful Moments website and your participation in any public workshop, private event, gift card purchase, or other services offered by Artful Moments (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, booking an event, or attending one of our workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Bookings & Payment
All workshop registrations and private event bookings are subject to availability.
Public workshop bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.
Private events may require a signed agreement, deposit, or full payment before the booking is confirmed. Payment requirements will be outlined in your quotation or invoice.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
Artful Moments reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Confirmed bookings will always be honoured at the price paid at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete information regarding cancellations, transfers, late arrivals, and event cancellations by Artful Moments.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Workshop Participation
Guests must meet the recommended minimum age listed for each workshop or be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by Artful Moments during the workshop to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Artful Moments reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or negatively impacts the experience of other guests. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
Participants are responsible for informing Artful Moments of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions before attending workshops involving food products.
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Artful Moments is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Photos and videos may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes. Guests who prefer not to appear in photographs or videos should notify us before the workshop begins.
5. Private Events
Private event bookings are customized for each client.
Pricing may vary based on factors including guest count, workshop type, venue, travel distance, customizations, and event duration.
Private bookings may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the requested date.
Additional terms specific to your event may be included in your quotation or booking agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including photographs, graphics, artwork, logos, text, workshop descriptions, branding, and instructional materials—is the property of Artful Moments unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Guests retain ownership of the artwork or edible creations they personally create during workshops.
7. Limitation of Liability
Participation in workshops and events is voluntary and at your own risk.
Artful Moments takes reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment; however, we are not responsible for injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from participation except where required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artful Moments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or participation in our Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under Ontario or Canadian law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
